This is a lovely, stretchy cotton twill from Italy, by way of Avenue Montaigne, who uses it in trousers and jackets that sell in high end boutiques and stores. It's got black Lurex stripes on a black ground, for subtle evening fun. Make a great pair of pants, a skirt, or a jacket.

Also, note that the stretch runs in the length, so use a cross-grain layout to take advantage of that, and to have the stripes run vertically.
